It is December and another year has come to an end. We are at a time in the calendar when the days are short, we protect ourselves from the cold, and we begin to think about the spring. This time of year is simply a part of the continuing cycle of the earth. Despite the darkness, it is also a time of joy and celebration, a time of light and warmth. We celebrate holidays with families and friends, and we celebrate the accomplishments we have achieved throughout the year. We reflect on all that has grown within us and what has grown outside of us which we had an important role in building.

Throughout her three-decade career, Katie Kelly has passionately supported and advocated for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join us in congratulating Katie for being awarded the prestigious Virginia Bowden Award by the New Hampshire Council on Developmental Disabilities (NHCDD). 

Courtney Cotter Joins Aspire to Expand Children's Services

Aspire proudly welcomes Dr. Courtney Cotter as the first Senior Director of Children's Mental Health Services, signaling a significant move toward strengthening the agency's commitment to the comprehensive well-being of children through specialized mental health services. The introduction of these services aims to provide even more tailored support for the diverse needs of the children and families Aspire serves. 

Understanding Who Took the Employee Satisfaction Survey

A big thank you to everyone who participated in the recent employee satisfaction survey. Each month, we'll delve into different aspects of the survey, sharing the results with you. Our initial focus is on the survey participants – by understanding and comparing them to Aspire employees, we can discover if the survey results accurately represent the entire workforce.

Mentorship Paves the Way for Growth and Connection 

In 2022 and 2023, Aspire's Mentorship Program really hit its stride, delivering some fantastic successes and uncovering valuable insights along the way. Participants not only made meaningful connections but also honed their skills, setting the stage for an exciting shift to the mentorship program in 2024.
