Last week, Aspire’s people & culture team came together to discuss organizational priorities and to strategize how we will address the challenges facing our workforce. We started the day with Anne Morriss’s TED Talk, 5 Steps to Fix Any Problem at Work.  

In her talk, Anne challenges the notion that we must “move fast and break things” to solve complex work problems. This belief that we can either make progress OR take care of each other is flawed and in fact, the most effective leaders know how to solve problems at an accelerated pace while also taking responsibility for the success and the well-being of their clients and employees. Great leaders move fast and fix things.

Enhancing Education Through Music: $4000 Grant Brings Music Therapy to ALL Academy 

Thanks to the Elizabeth Carse Foundation, ALL Academy students in Naugatuck have the opportunity to attend weekly 45-minute music therapy sessions for the 2023-2024 school year.
